I love jam and all its extensive family of preserves. They are warm and friendly, offering generous feisty flavours and intriguing spicy subtleties to all who embrace them.

Mostly I love them for being delicious...but I also cherish and admire the simple business of bottling sunshine, so that it may spread a little joy in the leaner seasons. They stretch the bounty of more abundant months into sparser ones.

When possible I use locally grown fruits from local farms and allotments for making my Jams. Everything is hand made, in my own domestic kitchen by myself. I refuse to compromise on quality and I am sure you will taste the difference!
